Share Share Share  Breaking News: Top DRUG LORD Jaybee Sebastian, on LIVE RADIO and TV, stated that he PERSONALLY gave then Justice Secretary, now Senator, Leila De Lima PHP 2 MILLION on January 8, 2015 at the New Bilibid Prison. After the face-to-face CASH TRANSFER between De Lima and Sebastian, subsequent cash transactions were coursed by Jaybee through then De Lima’s security aide Jonel Sanchez. Sebastian, among others including Peter Co, is a House of Representatives probe witness in relation to the proliferation of DRUGS at the National Penitentiary as well as the CONTROL by NBP inmates of the NATIONAL DRUG TRAFFICKING problem. Sebastian and Peter Co were recently victims of stabbing incidents inside the prison. Fellow DRUG LORD Anthony Co was KILLED in the jail riot. Senator De Lima previously stated that Jaybee Sebastian is/was a GOVERNMENT ASSET.
