SONA 2016: Duterte to Name Mayors in Drug Trade

In his first State of the Nation address, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte will name top executives in local government units (LGUs) who are financiers and/or protectors of the DRUG TRADE. Digong has previously identified three top drug lords (Peter Co, Herbert Colangco and Peter Lim) as well as five top Philippine National Police generals – PNP Deputy Director General Marcelo Garbo Jr., former National Capital Region Police Office chief Director Joel Pagdilao, Western Visayas regional director Chief Superintendent Bernardo Diaz, Quezon City Police District director Chief Superintendent Edgardo Tinio and retired Police General Vicente “Vic” Loot. Retired PNP General Loot is now the mayor of a municipality in Cebu thus also qualifying him as a LGU executive in the DRUG TRADE.

President Duterte and PNP Chief “Bato” Dela Rosa previously mentioned that at least 35 city and municipal mayors and/or provincial governors are involved in the DRUG TRADE. Ozamiz City Mayor Reynaldo Parojinog Sr. and four other municipal mayors (Navarro, Gutierrez, Yap and Mahilac) are the suspected kingpins in their respective city and municipalities as well as in the province of Misamis Occidental and the whole of Mindanao island. PNP General Garbo is the pinpointed top TRIAD drug protector. Asian Triad Mindanao boss and Kuratong Baleleng leader Herbert Colangco, currently jailed in Bilibid Prison, is romantically involved with Nova Princess Parojinog, the Ozamiz City vice mayor. She is the daughter of the mayor and niece of Councilor Ardot Parojinog, the mayor’s brother.

In Iloilo City, Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog is the suspected city drug protector. He currently faces charges of UNEXPLAINED wealth. He is a second cousin of Senate President Franklin Drilon. He was the top Liberal Party city campaigner for the Mar Roxas Leni Robredo ticket. In their full YELLOW uniforms, then President Aquino, Mayor Mabilog and Mar Leni posed for an endorsement photograph that went viral.

In Metro Manila, Quezon City may play prominently in the Presidential SONA speech since former National Capital Region Police Office chief Director Joel Pagdilao was a Quezon City Police Department chief before his promotion to head the Metro Manila police force. Police District director Chief Superintendent Edgardo Tinio was assigned as QCPD head until he was relieved from office by the Duterte Administration. Mayor Herbert Baustista (drug protector or simply incompetent?) could be negatively mentioned since Quezon City has one of the highest drug rates in the Philippines. #PNP #WarOnDrugs #Duterte2016 #SONA2016

Mayor Parajinog and Councilor Parajinog are also suspected drug lords in Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental Province and the whole Mindanao Island. Duterte: 35 mayors involved in drug trade

President Duterte will reveal another PNP general aside from the 5 (Garbo, Pagdilao, Tinio, Loot and Diaz) previously mentioned ones. City mayors will be pinpointed as well. pnp parajinog colangcoThe names of four mayors in this article were supplied by sources in the communities themselves (in the province of Misamis Occidental).

President Duterte warned city mayors, Chinese nationals, PNP and BJMP personnel in relation to his unrelenting campaign against drugs. The former Davao city mayor named 5 police generals as the protectors of drug lords. He also named the top personalities involved with the Asian drug TRIAD. Bilibid prisoners Peter Co (in charge of Luzon and Metro Manila) and Herbert Colangco (in charge of Mindanao) allegedly run the illicit trade while confined at the national penitentiary. Peter Lim alias Jaguar, in charge of the Visayas and a Chinese national, is reportedly out of the country. Retired PNP General Marcelo Garbo is said to be a level 5 TRIAD member while the rest of the previously named generals and still to be named PNP officers are lower in the TRIAD organizational chart.

On the local government unit (LGU) level, Ozamiz City mayor Reynaldo “Aldong” Parojinog Sr., is reportedly the father-in-law of Mindanao Island TRIAD top brass Herbert Colangco. Mayor Parojinog’s daughter, Nova Princess, is the city vice mayor while her brother Ardot is an Ozamiz City councilor. Mayor Parajinog and Councilor Parajinog are the suspected drug lords in Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental Province and the whole Mindanao Island. Others in the picture are municipal/town mayors in the same province who are also suspected drug lords in their respective jurisdictions.
